About Us
Our Story
We began with a simple calling: to serve others through faith and the spirit of those who have served our country. Founded by veterans who understand the unique challenges military families face, we recognized the need for support not only for our heroes, but for entire communities affected by crisis.
Guided by Christian values and compassion, GTC United has grown into a nonprofit that provides year-round support for military families and we also specialize in disaster relief for all those in need. We walk alongside veterans and their loved ones, offering practical assistance such as resource navigation, financial support, assistance during hardships and holidays, volunteer opportunities and community-building events—all designed to help them thrive during and beyond their service.
In 2024 alone, we've helped nearly 200 families recover from devastating tornadoes. We also assisted many military families stationed at Fort Hood in Texas with holiday meal baskets and Christmas gifts. This year, we launched our flood relief efforts in Texas and have already assisted more than 75 families—an ongoing mission as the needs continue.
Whether we're responding to natural disasters, offering outreach, or sharing resources with families facing hardship, we're here to help. Our heart is to offer hope, healing, and the enduring love of Christ-- striving to lighten burdens and bring comfort to those in need. Every act of service and partnership reflects our commitment to uniting and uplifting our community, building a stronger and more caring future for all.
