Market with a Mission - January 2026
ActiveA community-partnership food and essentials drive designed to support families facing hardship. Food and essentials for 3,000+ households—no ID or paperwork required.
Behind every number is a person, a family, and a story of resilience. Our impact is measured not only in services delivered, but in dignity restored, burdens lifted, and hope renewed.
With the support of donors, volunteers, and community partners, GTC United continues to lift burdens, restore stability, and serve those who serve others. Every contribution directly supports families in need and strengthens the communities we call home.
GTC United delivers impact through a people-first approach that prioritizes speed, dignity, and real-world needs. We remove unnecessary barriers while maintaining accountability and responsible stewardship.
Our work is rooted in Central Texas, where we support military families and communities impacted by hardship and natural disasters. Our programs and outreach are designed to meet urgent needs within the region we serve, allowing us to respond effectively, responsibly, and with deep community connection.
As we continue to grow, we prayerfully hope to one day expand our reach to serve beyond Central Texas—nationally and even globally—if it is God's will and resources allow. Until then, we remain committed to stewarding what we have well by serving our local communities with excellence, integrity, and care.
There is a place for everyone within this mission—whether you are looking to serve, support, or share how this work has impacted your life.
Every step taken in faith and service helps restore hope and strengthen our community.
Meeting real needs with real solutions—without judgment, red tape, or barriers.
We remain actively engaged in long-term disaster relief efforts, including continued recovery support for families in Sandy Creek following catastrophic flooding.
Our work extends beyond immediate response. We walk alongside families as they rebuild, recover, and regain stability—providing practical assistance, resources, and ongoing support throughout the recovery process.
Supporting active military families, veterans, and dependents during hardship, transitions, and holidays—honoring service beyond the uniform.
Our assistance is designed to be responsive, respectful, and needs-based, recognizing the sacrifices military families make every day and the unique challenges they face.
Through our Market with a Mission initiative, we provide food and essential household items to thousands of families across Central Texas.
This no-barrier, community-driven outreach removes obstacles to access—no applications, no income verification, and no red tape—allowing families to receive support with dignity and respect. The Market with a Mission exists to meet immediate needs while fostering connection, compassion, and community care.

When the holidays bring added stress or loneliness, we step in to ensure families are not facing that season alone.
Each year, GTC United coordinates holiday assistance programs designed to meet families where they are during critical seasons of need. These efforts are planned annually and carried out alongside our year-round initiatives to provide practical support, stability, and hope with dignity and care.
We provide Thanksgiving and Christmas support to active-duty military families and veterans navigating financial strain, deployments, or unexpected challenges during the holiday season. Assistance may include holiday meal support, children's Christmas gift assistance, and essential resources to help families experience the season with dignity and peace of mind.
We also offer Thanksgiving and Christmas support for civilian families and individuals affected by disaster, economic hardship, or other crisis situations within the communities we serve. These seasonal programs are designed to reduce stress, meet immediate needs, and ensure families are not left without support during the holidays.
Program availability and scope may vary each year based on community need, donations, and available resources.
