GTC United is honored to share that our Founder & CEO, Britnia Weicht, has been recognized with admission into the Order of St. Joan D'Arc—an award honoring exceptional service in support of soldiers and their families.
While presented to Britnia, this recognition reflects the collective impact of a community committed to serving with faith, compassion, and action.
A Meaningful Day of Recognition
In March 2026, Britnia was recognized during a Change of Responsibility ceremony at Fort Hood—alongside her husband and GTC United Co-Founder, 1SG Weicht, as he was honored for his leadership and service as First Sergeant.
Being recognized in the same moment made the day especially meaningful—reflecting not only individual service, but a shared commitment to leadership, sacrifice, and support within the military community.
For GTC United, this moment represents the foundation of our mission: serving side-by-side with those who lead, those who serve, and the families who stand behind them.
"First Mom" & "Mrs. Top"
Through consistent service and relationship-building within the military community, Britnia has become a trusted source of encouragement, support, and accountability.
Those she serves alongside have given her two nicknames: "First Mom" and "Mrs. Top."
"First Mom" reflects her heart for caring, encouraging, and standing beside soldiers and their families.
"Mrs. Top" represents leadership through both compassion and accountability—reinforcing standards while supporting growth.
A Meaningful Gesture
Following the ceremony, Britnia was presented with a personalized hatchet engraved with these nicknames—symbolizing shared experiences during disaster relief efforts and the resilience required to serve in challenging conditions.
For GTC United, it represents the strength of relationships built through service.
A Shared Honor
While this recognition carries Britnia's name, it represents the soldiers, families, volunteers, and community members who serve alongside GTC United every day.
We remain committed to standing beside those who serve—and the families who support them—ensuring no one walks through hardship alone.
